Control of the optimal standardization of bacteria counters

Our international total flora proficiency tests, accredited ISO 17043, organized monthly in collaboration with Actalia-Cecalait (French reference laboratory), allow to control the optimal standardization of BactoCount (or alternative methods) and to guarantee the international equivalence of IBC and CFU results after application of our universal conversion equation.

Samples description

The total flora proficiency tests are based on a series of 10 milk samples of 30 mL (screw-top vials containing cow’s or goat’s milk) which contain a concentration between 10 and 1500 kIBC/mL.

The ranges are stored cold positive and contain a bacteriostatic mixture that prevents any development of flora in the milk.

Shipment

The shipping of the ranges is carried out according to the monthly cadence indicated. Shipments are packaged using isothermal parcels with ice (a vial of water is added to control the temperature on receipt) by express carrier.

In case of a one-off order, please send your entry form at least 7 days before the trial date before 4 p.m., beyond this time the shipment is only insured for the next day (valid from Monday to Thursday).
